Items purchased from Vancouver Woodworks are returnable for a partial refund under the following conditions:
The item was in stock on our showroom floor.
You have your sales receipt.
The item is in the same condition as it was when it was purchased.
No more than 7 days have elapsed since the original purchase
The following are not returnable:
Custom orders.
Any items modified from their original condition.
Any clearance items.
Delivery and set up charges.
